Convenience to ferry port.

There was a mixup - they had double booked the apartment so we were allocated a different apartment at the last minute. When we got to the new apartment which was after check in time (so we had been waiting around) it hadn’t been cleaned - rubbish in the room, dirty sheets in beds, bathrooms dirty etc. we then had to wait for crew to come and clean/ set up apartment.
