The bed was really comfortable. Access to TV. Had tea and coffee facilities and bathroom was a great size. The balcony was a good addition. View is of nothing if you have a back facing room. It’s about 5/10 min to the Main Street. Only about 5 min walk to the Ao Nang night market. Would stay here again.
There is no elevator, only stairs.

Property was clean, with balcony. Good value for money
Property didn’t have a lift, had to walk three flights of stairs to get to our room. There was also a reception but it was never staffed, had to ring a bell and sometimes wait quite a while for somebody to come.
