Laranca Oneiro Seaside Villa

The location was great for us, although it has some trade-offs. There is plenty of greenery around and a beautiful nearby sea—shallow and sandy, which is ideal if you are not a strong swimmer or have small children. Long promenade near the sea. It is quiet overall, except for airplanes, but we got used to them quickly. The house itself is good and has almost everything you might need, apart from a few small items that we bought ourselves. The terrace is wonderful; we ate there all the time. There is an outdoor shower, but it does not have walls. Self check-in and check-out are easy.

Shower inside the house: while the overhead (rainfall) shower works fine, the handheld showerhead with the hose did not, because you could not set a proper temperature. The water pump kept turning on and off, so the water was either very hot or very cold. We were traveling with a small baby, so washing it was a challenge. One common complaint mentioned in other reviews is that water from the shower leaks out into the hallway and onto the stairs. You need to clean it up every time you shower. This should be fixed as soon as possible, as it could easily reduce the rating by at least two stars. Location: there is no grocery store nearby, and buses are very rare in this area, so you will need a car to get groceries or travel to and from the airport.
