The location was fantastic – the apartment was just a short walk from the beach and close to some lovely places to eat. The apartment itself was beautifully furnished and stunning inside. The manager was always available and responsive whenever we reached out with issues.

Check-in was a real struggle. Despite giving advance notice of our arrival time, we had to wait 40 minutes in the heat to get our keys, as staff were checking in guests at another apartment. We understand staffing can be tight, but if we’d been told about the delay earlier, we could have arranged to leave our previous accommodation later instead of waiting around. The staff who eventually checked us in didn’t explain how to operate the doors or where facilities like the gym and swimming pool were, we were just told to message the manager with any queries. On top of this, our room wasn’t fully ready on arrival, the sofa bed hadn’t been set up and the balcony door lock in the bedroom didn’t work. Someone did come later that day to sort the bedding, but it caused real inconvenience, especially travelling with two young children. While the manager was responsive, they weren’t always able to resolve issues quickly. For a family trip, having things run smoothly matters just as much as how nice the apartment looks.

Das elektronische Schließsystem an allen Wohnungen piept ständig und nervt insbesondere nachts.

New - very nice and wonderful especially the furnitures! We love the entire place, very elegant and lovely everywhere we look! Plus the owner is very nice! We definitely will come back!

The Only con is the smell of new paint because the place just finish went we came. I think the smell will go away in a short time when open doors and windows!
