This thoughtfully designed retreat features a spacious open-concept living area with a striking marlin wall art that makes the perfect backdrop for your vacation photos. Floor-to-ceiling windows fill the space with natural light and provide a stunning front-row seat to the sunrise each morning. The living room includes an oversized sectional sofa and a large smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Inside, the open-concept layout features a spacious living room with a large TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a generous island and bar seating, and a dining area large enough for everyone to gather with ease. Each space is professionally decorated to feel both stylish and welcoming, with thoughtful details throughout that make it easy to settle in and relax. Step outside and you’ll find a covered hangout area complete with a bar and swing seating, a ping pong table, grill, and shaded outdoor dining space—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring town or lounging at the beach. The fee must be added for the entire stay. - Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can’t guarantee that you won’t hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay. - Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. Services can be intermittent on an island. - Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by professional pest control service every 4-8 weeks. - Please note that the maximum occupancy includes infants and babies. Ensure that the total number of guests, including little ones, adheres to the specified occupancy limit. - Guests must be 21 years or older to book this home. - Guests can rent a golf cart from Coastal Eds! We encourage you to book the golf cart with Coastal Eds as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee availability if you choose to delay booking. Parking Details: - Dean Marlin: Parking is available for up to 5 vehicles in the driveway. Boat parking is allowed. - Once Upon A Tide: The driveway can accommodate 4 to 6 vehicles, depending on size. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit. We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
