Elegant Central Suite

La posizione dell'appartamento e` strategica: circa a meta` strada tra la stazione e la piazza principale, entrambe raggiungibili a piedi in pochi minuti. Siamo andati in auto e vicinissimo all'appartamento c'e` un parcheggio a pagamento con tariffe giornaliere e settimanali abbordabili. Cercavamo un appartamento comodo per lavorare da casa. Questo e` stato un'ottima scelta, perche' ha un tavolo molto grande, e` luminoso e la wi-fi funziona molto bene. Sotto al tavolo ci sono le prese di corrente (comunque abbiamo portato una ciabatta per poter attaccare i computer portatili piu` comodamente). L'appartamento sembra ristrutturato da poco e ha uno stile abbastanza carino. Il letto e` comodo e, per i momenti di relax, c'e` un comodissimo divano e anche un bel televisore. Inoltre c'e` un piccolo armadio per appendere qualche abito. L'ambiente era abbastanza silenzioso durante il nostro soggiorno ed era anche riscaldato bene. L'appartamento ha una grande finestra che si affaccia sui tetti dei palazzi di fronte: la vista e` abbastanza aperta. L'ascensore e` utile per arrivare al piano alto. Le istruzioni dei proprietari per il check-in sono state molto chiare. Tutto sommato, e` stata una bella esperienza.

Come scritto in altre recensioni, l'ascensore fa un po' paura, ma e` stato molto utile. L'appartamento era abbastanza pulito, ma ci sono state un paio di sviste (la polvere lasciata dentro all'aspirapolvere e un po' di polvere sotto ai letti). A parte queste sviste, il livello di pulizia sembrava buono. Un'altra cosa che puo` essere migliorata e` l'attrezzatura della cucina: c'e` il minimo indispensabile per due persone, ma manca qualche piatto in piu` per appoggiare li cibo, o qualche ciotola per mettere la frutta e anche un mestolo di legno o in silicone per non sgraffiare la padella. Basta qualche piccola aggiunta e cucinare e mangiare li` diventa piu` facile. Il bagno non e` molto grande e non ha areazione forzata, quindi quando si esce e` meglio lasciare la porta aperta cosi` non resta odore di umido dopo aver fatto la doccia.

Locations is very good. Large apartment. Clean and cozy. There is self check-in process, very good explained instructions, so easy to find keys. Thank you.

コンセントの位置が良くなかった

The location is decent, but nothing special. Cleanliness is acceptable, and the internet works, when it feels like it.

The bathroom is extremely small ,once you open the door, there’s barely any room to move inside. It’s very inconvenient and uncomfortable to use. The elevator is a whole different issue. Honestly, it’s better to assume there is no elevator at all and plan on climbing 4 floors of stairs every day. It’s by far the most bizarre and unsettling elevator I’ve ever seen. One very important thing to be aware of: you are completely on your own during your stay. There is no support, and they simply don’t respond to messages. I even sent a message the day before check-out asking if a late check-out was possible (even if I have to pay an extra fee), and it was completely ignored. However, just 30 minutes after the official check-out time, they suddenly called and messaged me asking where the keys were, even though they were exactly where they were supposed to be, in the lockbox. I also think a 10 AM check-out and 3 PM check-in is unreasonable, other places offer more flexible times or at least talk to you and give you an answer. I had read previous reviews mentioning the exact same issues, but decided to give it a try anyway. Unfortunately, I experienced all of them myself. I don't recommend staying here.
