The location was excellent...across the road to Canal Walk...Very safe secure area. Access to parks etc. Security were friendly and very helpful.

It was very clean and comfortable. Security was helpful. Location was perfect with easy access
There wasn't any tea in the room, I only drink tea, and the coffee provided was old and clumpy

The lock box was right at the bottom of the floor making access difficult. And the combination lock was so difficult to read. I had to practically lie on the floor to punch in the code
