Posizione, contesto signorile e molto curato, arredamento moderno, parcheggio privato.

Eravamo in cinque, ma in casa c’erano solo quattro sedie. Il Wi-Fi era un po’ lento, e il check-in è stato fatto da uno dei manutentori, quindi non abbiamo ricevuto le informazioni minime necessarie. Inoltre, le case del residence non hanno né tapparelle né persiane, e le tende interne non bastano a bloccare la luce del sole al mattino.

Right on the beach with just one road to cross. The apartment includes private club beach chairs and umbrella right out the front which was really great and made the stay very easy for beach days. There is a great bar across the Rd in the beach where you can have a great breakfast and coffee very reasonably. They are also open for lunch and dinner. Lots of nearby restaurants which make it so easy to not use your car but book ahead at lunch at least for dinner. Very short drive to Sirolo and Numana.

Semi constructed apartment complex, half the apartments are unfinished still being constructed so it was not what we expected, from the photos it looks completed. No washing machine and no laundromats nearby. The host, who is not the booking agent so I don’t quite know who he was, was a young man and quite rude. They also require a large deposit before you check in on your credit card of more than 200 euro which I was not aware of but apparently it is in the fine print and an extra contract to be signed so a huge amount of extra documentation and deposit which I don’t think should be alllowed on booking.con
