Gostamos de tudo. Rodrigo e sua equipe são excepcionais, tratando os hóspedes como se fossem velhos amigos; nos sentimos em casa. Café de manhã maravilhoso feito com muito carinho.

Localização é excelente, poupa muito tempo e evita ter de pegar o carro a toda hora. Rodrigo dá o apoio necessário e indica bons profissionais caso precise. Ótimo café da manhã. Integração bacana com outros hóspedes (daí o PROSA no nome).
É só conversar com o Rodrigo antes de usar as instalações e não terá problemas. Eu apanhei do chuveiro pq não fiz isso :D

Excelente localização, a janela do quarto da pra frente da Igreja Nossa Senhora do Carmo. Rodrigo muito atencioso nos deu várias dicas de passeios. Possui estacionamento. Apesar do banheiro não ser dentro do quarto, era privativo, e não tivemos problemas quanto a isso.

Localização excelente, café da manhã muito gostoso feita pelo Rodrigo o próprio dono e ajudantes, que passa ainda muitas dicas úteis. Fiquei no quarto de cima que é muito aconchegante com linda vista. Ao lado da Igreja do Carmo e uma quadra da praça Tiradentes.
O estacionamento, poderia ser melhor coordenado qdo está cheio, mas no final saiu tudo bem.
