I liked that it was very clean.
I didn’t like hearing the toilet run constantly. The stopper inside the tank is not working and/or is broken. I didn’t like all the weeds in the front yard/pathway area. It really needs to be taken care of and could become a tripping hazard. The back was not maintained either. I had to walk around from the back parking area to the front so I went through the side yard to get to the keypad in the front. They really need a keypad at the back entrance. We had some problems with the front door keypad not working so I called the managing company Ryson 2x and I was informed someone would come out to fix it. Nobody ever came. I was given a code for the key lock box that contained the actual key so that helped. The bed in the room was slanted because the floor is uneven. Your head will definitely be lower than your feet when laying down.
