Dzīvoklī viss nepieciešamais. Iespēja brokastot 1.stāvā esošajā kafejnīcā. Iesakām, dikti gardi, plaša ēdienkarte. Jūra tikai dažu minūšu gājienā. Laba komunikācija ar saimnieku.
Dzīvoklis galvenās ielas pusē, līdz ar to pa dienu dzirdams mašīnu troksnis, pat ja logi ir aizvērti. Dzīvoklī kanalizācijas smaka (iespējams, ka tas saistīts ar remondarbiem uz ielas).
