Todo perfecto. La limpieza impecable, con unas vistas maravillosas al mar y una zona muy tranquila, ideal para descansar. La propietaria es un 10, muy simpática y maja; además nos recomendó sitios súper chulos para comer y salir por la zona. Muy recomendable.

Patricia e Ismael son unas personas súper amables y súper atentas. El apartamento tiene una ubicación con unas vistas muy bonitas al mar. Todo muy limpio. Con plaza de parking, dos piscinas, una buena zona de césped y la comunidad de vecinos muy agradable. Hemos podido disfrutar de unos días de playa muy bonitos en una zona muy tranquila para poder desconectar. Cerca de supermercado y del centro de Dènia. Se ha convertido en nuestra primera opción cuando podamos volver!

Location, underground parking although not lit, roomy, nice deck
1- Surveillance cameras in LR and Hallway. Not advised upon checkin. 2- Inadequate hot water, never got HOT, showers were cold after 1 min. 3- Heating was NOT adequate, if kettle was on with 1 space heater on, electrical system blew. 4- Oven did NOT work, when rented for 1 month expect to be able to use oven periodically. 5- Main bedroom NO closet?
