One Bedroom Flat D in Kentish Town

Location was good was in walking distance of some attractions and plenty of transport links close by.

The main entrance doors to the building could do with a bit of work to make them quieter as being in the room next to the entrance was quite noisy.

Location was great and it has plenty of room. Good light on one side (the other side has no windows).

Towels provided were hand towels. Not so good after a shower. Some noise from above around 11pm.

Great location close to a few things

Dropping the keys off as the shop we picked them up from was closed we also got given the wrong room key

The man area with the bed and TV was nicely decorated and it was an overall clean space.

I had to constantly ask the property owner for simple details such as how to check in, as they did not tell me until I had to message them on the day. The heating was not working so once again had to ask someone to come down and fix it for us. The shower was leaking once turned on and wet all of the floor. When checking out, the shop we had to drop the key off was closed even though we left the property at 11am as requested by them. After several phone calls the owner finally answered clearly half asleep saying to just leave the key under some boxes of water outside the shop. Was a nice stay, thank god we only stayed for one night as any longer wouldn’t have been a great stay.
