Bardzo wysoki standard - wygodne łóżka, funkcjonalna łazienka, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Blisko do kolejki wąskotorowej, sklep w zasadzie za rogiem, niedaleko do mini zoo.
Droga na plażę tragiczna jak idzie się z dziećmi. Odległość do najbliższego wejścia to ok 1-1,5km (z małymi dziećmi ok 35-40min) ale po drodze trzeba pokonać górę w lesie z piachem po kolana. Alternatywą jest pójście ok 2-2,5km do głównego wejścia na plażę w Jantarze, ale tam w weekend jest tyle ludzi, że nie ma gdzie rozbić parawanu.
