The location is very close to the parkway including the Island! There are several stores nearby as well as gas stations. The inside of the cabin is nice and comfortable, beds were comfortable.
There is a mass amount of construction going on! The listing mentions construction but the construction trucks were rolling in a little after 6:30 AM and waking everyone up from the noise which continued all day. Everything on the porch was covered in dust which is from the construction and out of control, I understand that, but it’s no fun having to wipe everything down when you spend almost $1400 for a few days. There is an additional pet fee of $75 which was not mentioned in the listing while searching for pet friendly accommodations.
