La maison est très agréable Bien aménagée la proximité avec le centre ville est très appréciable

Le seul petit bémol : le niveau de chauffage que nous ne pouvons pas régler nous même Le chauffage est géré par le propriétaire via une application

J'adore l'espace en haut, c'est super chill. L'option Garage incroyable Le village est trés calme aussi, le marché le weekend est super!

Very large comfortable house with two garages, two bedrooms and the kitchen above on the first floor, and a large open living room above on the second with a balcony situated in the Bourg Sainte Marie with restaurants, a supermarket, bakery and all you need though obviously much smaller than Pornic center. A free shuttle bus goes from just near the house to and from Pornic center and railway station that also gives access to the shopping centers with a Hypermarket and swimming pool easily accessible. Most importantly the path along the ocean is just down the street which gives access to many great beaches and the walk along the seaside by the new port to Pornic is about 2.5 kilometers with various beaches and restaurants along the way!

Unfortunately the bakery was closed for vacation during our stay but otherwise nothing to complain about
