El apartamento está reformado, todo nuevo y en buen estado. Los dormitorios y los baños son amplios. La calefacción por aire caliente climatiza muy bien todo el piso. Sofá cómodo. Televisor del salón de buen tamaño. En general muy buen confort.
Tuvimos un pequeño problema de limpieza al llegar, pero la gestora nos dió un respuesta rápida y se solucionó. El piso está muy pobremente equipado, sobre todo en la cocina, donde echamos en falta algunas cosas que consideramos básicas. Echamos en falta: bolsas de basura, servilletas, algún producto de limpieza, trapo de cocina, bayeta, escurridor de platos. Tampoco había ningún producto básico de alimentación (sal, aceite, azúcar, etc.)
