Excellent location and surprisingly quiet being so close to the main street. It's very clean 👌 lots of bathroom products available and a nice shower. The kitchen has everything you could need. The outside space is far enough away from the main road to sit and relax with nice furniture. The sofa bed is easy to use, and the linin is clean and fresh.
Not much...the main bedroom is accessed by a very steep stair/ladder with no hand rail so not ideal for children the elderly or anyone who has had a drink 😬. But the downstairs sofa bed is adequate if this is the case. Also, the lawn was being mowed quite late in the afternoon/evening when we were trying to have a pre meal drink outside again, very minor issues.
