Clean and comfortable.
Walls are paper thin. First night neighbor watched t.v. Until 11:30 p.m. too loud, could not sleep. At 5 am same neighbor turned on music loud. We had to knock on the wall to ask him to turn it down. He only turned it down a bit. The last night new neighbors, they chatted until late and had a barking dog. The unit was nice, but there is no quiet at night time, unfortunately. The lobby was nice to sit and enjoy.

Very clean and spacious room. Large bed and very comfortable. Enjoyed the smart TV. We were here in the summer so the main building was a bit deserted, but we actually liked it, this way it was really relaxing and quiet. Beautiful lake and hiking nearby (less crowded than lake tahoe) Easy Communication through booking and easy check-in (you don't meet anyone for check-in, just get sent the entry codes).
Wouldn't call it an appartement or loft, it only has a standard fridge and microwave. No basic utensils. Had to take out the trash ourselves and collect the dirty linens.
