Meyve ağaçları arasında sakin, huzurlu bir ortam. Odalar tertemiz. Çay, kahve ve meyve ikramı vardı. Üst katta kalan yaşlı bir çift için hasta sandalyesi konulmuştu. Merdivenlerden zorlanmadan çıkabildiler.
Odanın birinde çok fazla küçük sinek vardı ve tesise giren yol köy yolu gibiydi
