We had an excellent stay at Asakusa Urban Stays.
The apartment was charming, well equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bedrooms were a little small, but they were well designed and perfectly comfortable.
The location was excellent—close to public transportation, restaurants, and shops, while still being in a relatively quiet part of Tokyo.
What truly made our stay special was the outstanding hospitality. The staff were incredibly kind, responsive, and always ready to help. Because of a typhoon, we unexpectedly had to extend our stay by one night, and they even brought us sandwiches, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Whenever we needed assistance, they responded immediately and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable.
Overall, a wonderful place to stay with exceptional hospitality, and we would gladly return.

Fantastic location, 8 mins walk from Ebisu station, nearest Lawsons & 7/11 2 mins walk. Lots of nice restaurants in the area.
We had apartments 2 & 4 for our family.,
Apartments spotlessly clean, & quiet. Spacious kitchen & well kitted out. Bedrooms are small but functional. Separate dressing room/closet is very handy. Comfortable beds, plenty of storage in bedrooms & around the apartments.
Washer/dryer in bathroom, with detergent provided so no need to buy which is a nice touch. Hairdryer & straighteners/curling tongs also provided which is great if you don’t have dual voltage appliances of your own.
Owner very responsive & helpful. We experienced an earthquake during our stay & the owner contacted us to make sure we were all ok. I thought this was a lovely personal touch.
