Property was fine, decent size and comfortable bed and couch.

Serious lack of sockets to plug in chargers etc and the aircon was quite loud. The first day I was locked out as they gave me the wrong code for the door, then they sent 2 people to try put in the same code I had tried to put in and finally someone came and opened the apartment with an app and told me they will come back the next day to sort it out, so I was basically stuck inside the apartment until the next day when they came after me messaging several times letting them know I had to leave as I had plans but they eventually came at about 11:30am. They communicated very badly. I originally booked a room which an hour before check in I was told was no longer available and the out me in a smaller room in a completely different hotel in a different area, I objected and they hesitantly put me into a 2 bed room in the original hotel, I find it hard to believe they only found out the original room was not available just before check in, felt very sketchy from start to finish
