Best hotel ever. The room was comfortable and nice. Price wise. The only downside was the toilet hose was leaking, so water splashed everywhere when it was turned on. Other than that, I was very satisfied because the location is strategic. Big plus point: the hotel provides a kids’ playroom. The playroom was super beautiful and fully equipped with toys. My child didn’t even want to leave 😆 Will definitely come back again! 💜

Pros: Good location with lot of restaurants, Econsave and near PD town. Has a new playroom from kids which my daughters loved. Staff is super nice and go above and beyond to help (in many instances). Facility is relatively new with beds made everyday and pretty comfy. Room is clean. Overall: We will consider staying this place again but my concern is the property will go downhill as the periodical maintenance for hotels in Port Dickson and Lukut (or even 5 stars hotels in KL) is lacking (to some degree).

Cons: The shower is showing signs of not being maintained, molds developing between tiles, shower head is leaking and worst is my wife and daughters saw a cockroach which freaked them out. My wife got the front office lady to kill the cockroach. Cockroach usually a sign the place is dirty. Ironically, we spoke to their Chief Happiness Officer and told us that they have a pest control program. Secondly, we were woken up a noise which came from next door and this noise kept one of daughter who is a light sleeper up, it continues for many hours and got worst. Finally, I reached out to front office via WhatsApp and about an hour later she responded. She came up, checked on the noise, and diagnosed it was the water heater coming from a floor below (it seems this is probably not the first time this occurred). This kept us up and made the one night somewhat miserable.
