la posizione rispetto la spiaggia è il valore aggiunto di questa struttura, ha delle parti condominiali utilizzabili da tutti come la grande terrazza sul tetto dove poter organizzare una cena, oppure lo spiazzo pavimentato tra l'edificio e la spiaggia attrezzato con panchine tavolini e ombrelloni dove fermarsi all'aria aperta.
aggiungerei un piano cottura ad induzione e un piccolo fornetto magari nella zona "cucina" ora dotata di frigorifero e macchinetta del caffe e bollitore.

Ein freundlicher Empfang. Sogar Kaffee-Kapseln und 1 Flasche Wein standen zur Verfügung, sowie Handtücher. Eine Traumhafte Lage. Besser geht es kaum. Das Haus ist durch ein privates Tor gesichert. Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Wenige Schritte zum Strand. Die Wohnung ist ausreichend für 2 Personen. Es gibt eine gemeinschaftliche Dachterrasse mit gigantischen Ausblick und eine Terrasse unten vor dem Haus Richtung Strand.
Direkt an der Wohnung gibt es keinen Balkon..
