Disappointing First Impression Despite Swift Resolution After a long day, my daughter and I arrived expecting comfort and cleanliness. Unfortunately, the suite was in unacceptable condition — unpleasant smell, dirty dishes in the kitchen, unmade beds, towels on the floor, and leftover food in the fridge. For a one-night stay at $230, this level of maintenance is disappointing. I live in Buenaventura, nearly two hours from Panama City, and I stay in the city at least once a month, so I truly value consistency, cleanliness, and professionalism when choosing accommodations. Fortunately, the host at the entrance responded promptly and reassigned us to another suite, which we appreciated. I hope better supervision and cleaning standards are enforced so future guests can experience the quality this property promises.
