Prime Residence Golf Kattameya

I had a wonderful experience staying at this property and couldn’t recommend it more! The property was spotlessly clean, easy to find, and exactly what you hope for when looking for a comfortable, stress-free stay. What truly made the experience special was the staff. They were incredibly kind, accommodating, and helpful throughout the entire stay. The check-in and check-out processes were exceptionally smooth and easy, and they went out of their way to accommodate my needs by allowing flexibility with both late check-in and late check-out. This level of attention, understanding, and genuine hospitality really makes all the difference and deserves to be recognized. A huge thank you to the entire team for making everything so convenient and pleasant. It’s rare to find a place where the staff genuinely care about making your stay as comfortable as possible, and this property absolutely delivered! Whether you’re travelling for business, enjoying a holiday, or simply looking for a clean, convenient, and welcoming place to stay, I would definitely recommend this property to any type of traveller. I would happily stay here again and am already looking forward to coming back soon! Thank you for such a lovely experience and for making everything so easy from beginning to end. Five stars all the way!

Location is very good easy to call Ubers to the area and move around . Close to a lot of malls and facilities. Supermarkets are plentiful just a short ride away . Calm and quiet . Staff are great . Mr Onsy was very helpful .

The property is spacious and new so the apartment I stayed in was well furnished

I got locked out of the apartment and couldn’t be let in until next day which was 12 hours later and I missed a whole day of work it was very inconvenient and it felt like immediate action such as calling maintenance on site could’ve solved this earlier
