The location is comfortable, excellent playground for kids, shops, restaurants, hairdressers, massage salons are all there, close and handy. Even the 3rd floor has sea view. Pool table is a special joy&attraction for kids.
The noise of construction right under the balcony. Long wait for the elevators.

We recently stayed at this stylish apartment with a breathtaking sea view right in the heart of JBR, and it exceeded all expectations and looked exactly like the pictures! The location was absolutely amazing, just a short walk to the vibrant JBR public beach, restaurants, and shops.
The apartment itself was beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The team managing the apartment was incredibly friendly and responsive, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. We truly enjoyed every moment and would definitely love to stay here again on our next visit. Highly recommended!
