Marisol #304 is a sunny and serene 2-bedroom, 1-bath condo offering a laid-back atmosphere with relaxing views of the Gulf. Perfect for families or a group of friends, this unit combines style and simplicity for a stress-free beach vacation.
The open layout includes a welcoming living area, dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen—making it easy to prepare meals, gather for conversation, or unwind after a day in the sun. Natural light fills the space, and the private balcony provides the perfect spot to enjoy Gulf breezes and coastal scenery.
Sleeping arrangements include a queen bed in the master bedroom, and two twin beds in the second bedroom, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests.
With the beach just a short walk away, plus access to the community pool and outdoor grilling area, Marisol #304 offers everything you need for a memorable stay on South Padre Island.

Each reservation is provided with a STARTER KIT of essentials ONLY (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soap, shampoo/conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee & filters, olive oil, and salt & pepper). Depending on the number of guests in your party and/or the length of your stay, these may not last for the duration of your reservation and you may need to purchase additional items on your own. Please also note that the following items are not universally provided or guaranteed to be in the home, and therefore, we recommend that you bring these items if required to make your stay more enjoyable: condiments and spices, cleaning wipes, bottled water, hair dryer, ice & cooler, beach towels, beach chairs, toys, floats, sun lotion/sun block, extra blankets and pillows, pack-n-play, high chair, stroller, baby gates, and/or first aid kit.
