The large remodeled swimming pool is ideal for “laps” and also for small children and other water activities. The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club has many gardens and walking trails. Flowers and tropical foliage are abundant. There are several outdoor barbecue areas for guests to use.

I love my stay at Kona Surf and Racquet Club 5203. Ocean view was stunning. Such a good way to wake up in the morning and have coffee and watch the boats go back and forth. Thank you to the management who answered all my questions in a timely fashion. I can't wait to come back to paradise and stay here again soon!!!!

Beautiful condo with a stunning view! The condo is well decorated and furnished. The kitchen was very well stocked and had everything you would ever need to cook a full meal. The condo did not have air conditioning but it wasn't an issue for us during our stay in March with the windows open and the ceiling fans. Knutson & Associates Property Management communicated well and provided great support during our stay. We've stayed in a lot of condos throughout the years and would rate this one near the top for quality and convenience.

Fall asleep listening to the sound of the waves and wake up to a stunning ocean view. This beautifully decorated condo has a chef’s kitchen with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal. A grocery store and restaurants are minutes away. Located on a golf course at the end of the complex, this oceanfront unit is quiet and private. It’s far enough from Kona to avoid the hustle and bustle but close enough to conveniently shop and dine. Watch whales from your lanai as you enjoy enjoy your relaxing vacation. Knutson & Associates was easy to work with and very responsive to questions. If you stay here, you’ll want to come back year after year.
