Great location, very sizeable property with good terrace, very clean and modern. Was extremely good value for money!

The room was spacious.

After a long time of travelling and finally got to the apartment and was tired. I just wanted to get into the room and rest immediately. Yet, I found myself locked outside with no one to assist. They didn't send me codes to enter. I had to try to find out their phone number and talked to them for more than 10 minutes when they didn't seem to be able to find my booked and paid info. I consider staying in a hotel is a better option. Also, when they mentioned that I could leave the luggage with their welcome center, google map showed it was 1.6km away in the opposite direction of all attractions. That meant, I had to walk double the distance in order to store the luggage. Just imagine walking that distance on a hot day in Lisboa. Once again, if I knew all these, I would consider staying in a hotel would be a better option for my convenience.
