Kayuna Resort

I recently stayed at Kayuna Resort in Bandung and overall had a mixed but pleasant experience. On the plus side, the room was very spacious — much bigger than I expected for the price. I really appreciated the special half-price opening promo, which made the stay feel like good value for money. The bathroom came with a bathtub, which was a nice touch for relaxing. The bed cover was fresh and comfortable, and the private terrace was a lovely spot to enjoy the fresh Bandung air. I also want to highlight the staff — they were friendly, helpful, and did their best to make my stay comfortable.

However, there are a few things the resort really needs to work on. The building itself is quite old and shows its age. Some of the furniture felt outdated, and unfortunately, the bed in my room was sinking in the middle, which wasn’t very comfortable for sleeping. The faucet in the bathroom was dripping the whole time, and the hallway leading to the rooms felt dark and gloomy. Another downside was the lack of entertainment — there was no WiFi or TV ready in my room during my stay, which was disappointing for a resort stay. I think upgrading these facilities would really improve the overall experience. Kayuna Resort definitely has potential, especially with its spacious rooms and peaceful vibe. If management invests in updating the furniture, fixing maintenance issues, and adding basic amenities like reliable WiFi and TV, this place could become a favorite getaway in Bandung. For now, it’s best suited for travelers who value space and a good deal over modern comforts.
