Enchanting appartment Eipprova

Excellent location with parking on property in the inner courtyard. It’s just 5 minutes walk to the pedestrian only city center. But just outside the apartment there are many good and cozy restaurants and bars with nice terraces and friendly staff. In between these restaurants is the entrance to the inner courtyard of this apartment block. The apartment itself is on the second floor (stairs only) and is very modern (unlike the outside part of the apartment). It’s spacious, clean and very well equipped with high quality kitchen appliances. The apartment is completely soundproof with double glazing, so you don’t hear any noise from the terraces downstairs. I was happy with ac in the apartment. Communication with the property managers was very pleasant and efficient and they provided good recommendations for restaurants. I highly recommend this apartment.

The apartment is on the second floor without elevator. Not a problem but good to be aware of this. There is no aircon in the bedrooms, only 1 in the hallway and 1 in the living room (large ceiling model). If you leave the bedroom doors open it’s fine but not ideal if you want some privacy. The main bedroom does not have a window. With the bedroom door open and the ac on in the living room this was fine.

Great space, amenities and location. The house was very clean. Instructions and check in were straightforward.

The master bedroom had no windows. The air circulation fan in the bathroom was constantly on which was noticeable during sleep time.

Great location. Plenty of room for 4 of us. Comfortable beds. Very clean.

No toiletries. A little loud with the restaurants at night but it wasn't too late.
