Very central location with close proximity to the exhibition venue and beach. Extremely convenient to the railway station which was just a block away. The apartment has recently been renovated so all the furnishings and fixtures are very fresh and new. The apartment is also nicely decorated in a contemporary style. The standout however was the great hospitality provided by the host Florence. She was so obliging for all our requests and willingness to provide general assistance. Would highly recommend to anyone and will no doubt be back.

This is the most beautiful and warm apartment in the centre of Cannes. It is very bright, clean, modern and elegant. The bed is extremely comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, the shower spacious and living room super cozy. It is quiet, secure and has a pleasant ambiance overall. It has a lovely view overlooking the street where one can observe how the scene changes - people come and go as the day passes and the sky turns hues of orange, pink and purple before nightfall. The host, Florence, is by far the kindest and most caring host I have come across to date. She is genuinely considerate, very responsive and made certain that I was comfortable. I felt truly supported throughout the duration of my stay and am very grateful to her for her care. I highly recommend this apartment, it is a delight that makes a visit in Cannes all the more joyous.

Great location. Comfortable bed

No elevator

A delightful 'bolthole'. Everything you could possibly need for your stay was there and the host was caring and responsive. Great view to the street of restaurants opposite, although the apartment is quiet and opposite a supermarket. Close to the railway station. It is on the European third floor with no lift. I'm only mentioning this as it is sometimes hard to find this out. Loved not having to take a key out with us.
