Beautiful, comfortable, well cared for property inside and out. All of the homey touches; great seating, well appointed kitchen, welcoming decor, everything works and is clean.

The house name says it all the birds were nuts , there was an Ocotillo that the birds lived in the backyard, they would sit on each branch and stare at the house! It was super clean , comfortable, and the location was perfect for walking to town and quiet at night!
