A localização é boa, o apartamento 512, tinha secador de cabelo, ferro de passa roupa e perto de mercado e shopping, tem microondas.

Foi informada que é no edificio principal porém era do lado no Duplex, a limpeza era superficial, achei panela com óleo de fritura guardado no armario, a geladeira também suja.

Não tinha café. O local muito bonito, bem planejado. Quanto ao flat é harmonioso; preocupação com a escada, pois somos idosos e tivemos dificuldade. O sofá cama não conseguimos abrir.

Enviaram o endereço errado e ao chegar no Rio de Janeiro fomos direcionado para a zona norte, na Vila Valqueire, deixando- nos bastante amedontrados. O serviço da cantina deixa a desejar! O ar condicionado não refrigera o suficiente e esqueceram o ventilador do segundo quarto.

Apartment is located in a safe area and safe building, with very clean common areas and pool.

Overall, it was ok but even the flat which was given to us was located in another building and was not matching with the address from Booking.com This caused confusion and some issues every time we needed to enter the building and needed to be given access by security staff. We could not prove we booked the flat in that building, unless someone else which saw us on a different day saw us and confirmed this. In my opinion, the flat is not fully ready to be rented for a long period of time. There is no A/C in the living/kitchen area and only a fan in the spare bedroom. The A/C was only installed in the main bedroom but this is not enough. There is no outdoor furniture on the balcony - a small table and chairs would have been nice. There are no amenities to air dry clothes and no basin to hand wash some clothes. We stayed 10 nights and needed to wash some clothes and dry them. We were 3 persons and we were given 3 medium size towels and 2 small face towels only. After 5 days I asked if the towels could be replaced and we were told it would cost 150 reais (25 euro) which is beyond ridiculos. We were basically forced to use the same towels to dry ourselves for 10 nights… I chose to wash the towel myself instead if paying. We were given 2 very small soap bars and a toilet paper roll for the entire stay and had to buy ourselves everything else we needed including shower gel and more soap. For long stays it would make sense to replace the towels and offer some toileteries - none of this was offered and no cleaning was done at any point but this was not an issue.
