Highly recommendable for a stay in Güstrow
Really fine apartment with a clear sense of a woman's hand. All installations and equipment functioned very well. The living room is simply a scoop - so full of light and with a clear view to the Markt. The hostess is kind and helpful all the way.
The only thing that I can think of - a bit more light at evening in the living room, for instance a spot by the sofa would do.

Schöne Wohnung, die für uns doch leider zur Enttäuschung wurde.
Lage gut, Wohnung sauber und angenehm. Kompetenter Hausmeister vor Ort, der sehr engagiert ist.
Die Schlüsselübergabe klappte zuerst gar nicht, da die Vermieterin im Urlaub war und von der Vermietung nichts mitbekam. Nach einer ca. 30 minütigen Wartezeit vor dem Haus konnten wir dann endlich die FeWo beziehen. Glück für uns, dass das Wetter gut war. Am nächsten Morgen mussten wir uns dann leider mit einer verstopften Toilette herumärgern und ins Kaffee gegenüber gehen. Auf unsere Nachfrage hin, wurden wir sogar noch beschuldigt dafür verantwortlich zu sein. Das ist kein guter Stil! Fazit: eine im Prinzip schöne FeWo in absolut zentraler Lage (für die Baustelle auf dem Marktplatz kann die Vermieterin nichts) mit einer leider nicht wirklich professionell arbeitenden Vermieterin, die im Beschwerdemanagement überfordert war.
