Patar Beach Villa with private pool Bolinao

Private, complete amenities, free breakfast and kind staff. Good for big groups.

Upstairs door was broken and could not lock. Saw a cockroach in the upstairs room.

It’s a place to just unwind and have a bit of staycation as the perimeters are closed off and it does not have that resort feel where you are next to other guest rather you have the place to yourselves.

There were water issues, sewer needs updating and a mosquito net would have been wonderful for the dining area.

We had a great stay at this villa in Patar. It’s very airy and open, with clean and well-maintained amenities. The room is spacious and can comfortably fit around 15 people upstairs and 2-3 at the ground level with plenty of space for sleeping. The room stays very cool thanks to the air-conditioning. The pool is a good size and perfect for relaxing. The dining area is very large, open, and ideal for group meals and bonding. The location is very convenient which is just a few minutes’ walk to Patar Public Beach, about a 20-minute drive to the Enchanted Forest, and around 35 minutes to the waterfalls. The staff was excellent and very accommodating. He even prepared a free breakfast for us with options that suited our different dietary needs, which we really appreciated

The toilet area lacks privacy, as the neighboring villa can be seen through it and their kitchen faces our toilet. The fence is also quite low, which affects privacy. There were also quite a lot of mosquitoes at night. Additionally, the upstairs room cannot be locked because the sliding door does not fit properly or align squarely, making it impossible to lock. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would still recommend the place for big groups looking for a spacious and comfortable villa.
