Nice home stay
Warm, clean and well equiped. Close to the Parsen bahn. Specialy kitchen was great. We had everything we needed and even more! Thanks a lot.
Maybe it can be nice to have a curtain to make the room darker for a sleep.

Great stay, great location
The apartment was spacious, super clean and well equipped. Also the host was very friendly and extremely helpful. Always there to answer any questions.
This is honestly a nitpick but I would suggest printing out some basic info around the parking arrangement and how to operate the paid washing machine. Parking: 8 CHF per night. You can park only in yellow bays starting with number 9 and above. Leave money in an envelope in one of the post boxes in the entrance to the apartment building marked with an appropriate sign. Avoid parking in white bays as that's the council/local parking that is paid via parking meter and is more expensive. Washing machine: Two rooms in the basement. Both need Swiss coins to operate. Room 2 has a coin meter directly above the dryer/washing machine. Insert coins, make sure water is on and electricity switch is on. You may need something like 0.80 CHF for a single cycle. Machine takes any coins down to 0.20 CHF. Room 1 does not have a coin machine but it has two independent electricity meters outside of the room, one for a dryer, one for a washing machine. They both take only 0.20 CHF coins so be ready! If you run out of money the machine will hold your clothes hostage! Also there's a schedule where residents are booking the slots to use the machine so make sure to check that to avoid any overlaps.

Tolle Unterkunft für Kurztrip nach Davos, Bushaltestellen in der Nähe. Eisstadion bequem erreichbar.
Tolles Appartement mit voll ausgestatteter Küche inkl. Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Abwaschmaschine, Raclettofen und vielem mehr. Ausreichend grosses Badezimmer, alles sehr sauber. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Bei schlechtem Wetter tolles TV Angebot. Im Gebäude gibt es einen Lift. Parkplatz auf der gegenüberliegenden Strassenseite für kleines Geld. Waren schon einige Male in Davos. Doch diese Unterkunft ist einfach TOP! Kommen gerne wieder!
Eigentlich NICHTS. Da das Wohnung für 3 Personen ausgelegt ist, dürfte der Tisch auf dem Balkon etwas grösser sein. Aber dies ist nur eine Bemerkung am Rande.

Super Aufenthalt
Die Wohnung hat sehr gute Lage, in der Nähe von Bushaltestellen, Geschäften, Bahnh of Dorf und Platz, Schwimmhalle, 25 Minuten bis zum See zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus. Mit der Gästekarte kann man in Davos jeden Bus nehmen. Die Wohnung ist ruhig, sehr sauber, es wurde an alles gedacht vom Kaffee bis zum Backpapier, alles was man benötigen könnte. Sehr guter Kontakt zum Vermieter, hat sofort alle Fragen beantwortet, sehr nett.

Die Wohnung ist ideal für 2 Personen, klein aber fein, sehr stylisch, wie der Name der Wohnung schon sagt. Konfortable Dusche, voll ausgestattete Küche, Kaffeetabs stehen zur Verfügung. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal, Aufzug vorhanden - es geht vom Eingang einen Stock tiefer. Kleiner Balkon vorhanden. Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung, 8 SFR/Tag was angemessen ist. Gerne wieder.
Nichts zu beklagen.
