It is in nice villa on first floor . It is very quite area very close are the food store from both side in walking distance. Close to the apartment is also the cycle road so it is safe to reach the beach. The accommodation it is very nice ,clean for family of 4 but could be easy to fit even 5 people. There is enough of space . Easy to reach the owner. We sure will be happy to comeback !
The kitchen supply could be improved for more cups for breakfast of a bit bigger glasses for drinking. We also missed the grinder for the cheese, but if you do not need to cook to much it is enough what is there. The central air-condition did not work as central but each of the air box in the rooms was working manually so that was good but it could be good to have manual how to operate it . On the balcony there are birds living so it is a bit messy and I would not recommend to leave your wet towels there as could be "popped" .

Es ist sauber, modern. Handtücher und Bettwäsche können zu Hause bleiben, das war sehr angenehm. Angenehm war auch, dass die Mülltonnen direkt am Haus waren. Glasflaschen können neben den Tonnen abgestellt werden, der Hausmeister kümmert sich darum. Der Supermarkt Coop, ist um die Ecke. Chiara ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Ein tolles Appartement.
Die Nachbarn waren etwas zu laut aber da kann ja die Unterkunft nichts dafür 😅

La casa molto bella, arredamento moderno, provvista di tutti i comfort. Si trova in mezzo ai due supermercati e a dieci minuti a piedi dal centro.
La tv pur essendo di ultima generazione a volte non funzionava per via del segnale. Per quanto riguarda la spazzatura e’ sprovvista di bidoni condominiali quindi consiglio di chiedere alla proprietaria il calendario della raccolta altrimenti si rischia un’accumulo.
