Great location just 20 minute lime bike from the centre city

Everything was great. Specific directions to the apartment would of helped but we still managed to find the apartment through communication through Whatsapp.

Very clean and quiet in a new residential complex. Comfortable bed, great heating, and a well-equipped kitchen. Smooth check-in and good communication.

No convenient parking: street parking isn’t allowed in the district, and the building garage costs 350 HUF/hour (otherwise you park ~1 km away). We requested an iron in advance and were told it would be provided, but it wasn’t there. The listing says “2 bathrooms,” but it’s 1 shower bathroom + a separate WC, and the living room is converted into a sleeping area, so privacy is limited for 3 people. Shower drain/mechanism seemed stuck, and the WC had no towel hook.

The apartment is located in the modern Buda-part district near the MOL Sky Deck with a paid view of Budapest. Comfortable, clean and modern apartment with an extra large balcony with seating. The host has an easy check in with clear and understandable instructions. BKK transport stops (bus, TRAM) are available nearby. About 30 minutes drive to the center with BKK. Not far from the apartment there is a SPAR and several bakeries, cafes with breakfast options

The apartment is very spacious, two large rooms, two bathrooms where the toilet is separate from the bathtub, kitchen equipped with everything you need. Very easy to access the apartment, the owner sends information, videos, pictures.

What I didn't like: 1. the owner is very obtuse and is not at all flexible with check-in, being the first accommodation where check-in is only at 4:00 PM and he doesn't want it any sooner. 2. there is no parking space, and in Budapest with parking spaces it is very difficult because all are paid and even fines are given. 3. the cleaning leaves something to be desired. the apartment was only cleaned on the surface, but you could feel the dirt from below on your feet, and walking with white socks after a few minutes they were black. The bed linens were stained, which shows a very important thing, and the mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable. 4. the bathroom with toilet - he tried to insert a sink, but you can't practically sit on the toilet normally, you have to stand at a 45 degree angle to the left, otherwise you have to hold the sink in your arms. 5. The location is said to be 3-4 km from the attractions, but it takes about 30-40 minutes by car.
