    My stay at this hotel was disappointing. Basic amenities such as towels, a toothbrush, and an electric kettle were not available in the room upon check-in. When I needed a towel, I had to call the front desk and only then was one provided. Similarly, when I needed a toothbrush in the morning, I had to go downstairs at 6:00 AM to request one. Another major issue was the cleanliness of the room. It appeared that the floor had been cleaned with a very dirty mop or cloth, leaving an unpleasant smell throughout the room. This made the stay uncomfortable. If these amenities are available at the hotel, they should be placed in the room beforehand rather than requiring guests to request them. Overall, the lack of basic amenities and poor housekeeping standards significantly affected my experience.
