    The hotel is new and nice, however during heavy rain there was a lot of water in my room (2nd floor). The room was spacious, it seems new so the standard was really good. What I found really suprising is quite bad service in such hotel - staff who speaks very little to no english and sleeps most of the time on sofas in the lobby. Is also not very helpful when it comes to helping with organising trips. That's really a pity cause it could be really great place to stay. Distance to main street/city center is ok, but there is not much around when it comes to restaurants.

    Breakfast was not included but available and hotel is a bit of a walk to the night market. Hot water is not consistent and arranging transport through the hotel is expensive. Can catch a Tuktuk outside. Room small for the price paid so overall I was disappointed!
