    While booking through agoda we already paid the amount that was shown. But when we went to the hotel and stayed, during checkout they charged for 700/- extra and said that they dont have any tieup with agoda app and the amount it is show is fake. How could this be. If they dont have tieup than why there hotel is shown and why the payment was ask to pay while booking. Worst experience ever. They are all scam n nothing else.

    Service is very bad, room should have been ready before giving to customer, Tv was dead , unable to view TV , after I requested to restore, they didn't recharge or what it was not not working at all, wifi was also not working, no toiletries and towel was provided we needed to ask for towel and all, Room was not cleaned , bunch of women hair was there on the floor and toilet, Only room interior is good

    Terrible Experience at Hotel Galaxy Inn, The stay at Hotel Galaxy Inn was an absolute disaster. Room service was utterly deplorable—staff were unresponsive and unhelpful. On the second day, there was no water supply for over two hours in the morning, making basic routines impossible. By the third day, the situation worsened with non-functional lights, leaving the room dark and the AC was not working aswell due to short circuit. No cleaning at all & the beds are full of dirty spots. The staff offered no solutions or apologies. This hotel is a complete waste of time and money—avoid it at all costs and find somewhere else!
