Luxe Umhlanga was an absolutely wonderful place to stay. From the moment we arrived, Andile made us feel genuinely welcome with her warm and friendly hospitality.The rooms and bathrooms were immaculate, exceptionally spacious, and beautifully maintained. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the crisp, fresh linen made the stay even more enjoyable.Every detail reflected a high standard of cleanliness and comfort. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend Luxe Umhlanga to anyone visiting the area.
The water was lukewarm which could work during summer but definitely NOT during winter. It was the only issue we encountered.

Our stay at The Luxe Umhlanga this weekend was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived until we checked out, every member of staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Everyone was friendly, professional, attentive, and always checking in to ensure we had everything we needed.
A very special thank you to Andile, who truly made our stay unforgettable. His professionalism, efficiency, and willingness to go above and beyond were outstanding. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he consistently went out of his way to make sure every detail was taken care of. His warm, positive attitude and exceptional customer service are a true credit to this accomodation.
The Luxe Umhlanga has set the bar incredibly high, and thanks to Andile and the amazing team, this was one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had. We cannot wait to return and will be recommending The Luxe Umhlanga to everyone and they will most certainly see us again.

Very good value for money. Top quality finishes, fixtures and fittings. Very clean.
Steep driveway. Late night arrivals causing distance to existing guests that are resting. The hotel had a light night no noise rule but it was not enforced.
