    We love the place, for someone on a budget but still want to enjoy their stay in dumaguete, the guesthouse is just walking distance from various well known and well reviewed cafes and restaurants, and the transportation is easy. The facilities are clean and you get what you paid for.

    The room is small and quite basic, but it was clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. We appreciated the complimentary drinking water, with a dispenser conveniently located just outside our door. The location is fantastic, with parking available and a Korean food place in the same building. I would definitely recommend this place for a convenient short stay in Dumaguete.

    Friendly staff, Clean Room, Working AC plus they have a pool. Near Siliman Univ and other establishments. Worth the Stay!

    No staff upon arrival and other guest’s luggages are just sitting there waiting to be stolen? 1:45-50 pm Rang the bell 3x until a staff - seemingly pissed off from the ringing - told us to wait until 2pm. No orientation to anything and the lady just gave us the keys. POOL IS A TOTAL SCAM haha it seemed like a pond now. Dusty and dirty all around the lobby and outdoor common area. Room was decent enough to sleep in, no toiletries, super dusty floor but still provided good shelter to lay our heads.
