Lokalizacja obok parku zdrojowego. czysto. Ładnie zaprojektowane wnętrze. Całe duże mieszkanie do dyspozycji. 3 oddzielne sypialnie. 2 pełne łazienki. pralka. ręczniki, mydło, płyn do naczyń, kawa, cukier.... dobrze wyposażona kuchnia
Generalnie tylko drobiazgi: to jest duże mieszkanie, a wiec zwykle kilka osób będzie wynajmować, więc przydałaby się skrytka na klucze lub drugi komplet kluczy to jest 3 piętro bez windy, (dla niektórych to może być istotne!) Szkoda że nie ma zmywarki. niektóre żarówki nie działają; drzwi pod zlewem do śmietnika trzeba dokręcić bo nam odpadły i przykręciłem trzonkiem łyżki; drzwiczki w gornych szafkach opadają z hukiem, chyba zużyty mechanizm spowalniający; gniazdko elektr w łazience dolnej bez prądu
