villa Alba: luxe et confort a Hammamet

This was a high quality, modern accommodation for a family of 6. It was designed in a very classy way, and I liked the space it offered. Air conditioning and cleanliness were very good. The balconies gave excellent views too. It was set in a quiet location, and it felt safe walking around outside. The highlight was the responsive way in which the manager, Amen Allah, helped to address our concerns. He ensured all our needs and concerns were taken care of. He even drove me to the cash machine for free a couple of times, as cash is essential in Hammamet, as well as driving us to a restaurant. I felt this was above and beyond what he needed to do, and I was impressed by his friendly and professional approach. The company should be proud of Amen’s dedication, and approachable manner. He enhanced the experience, and we would recommend using his approach as a template for other managers.

There were issues with a sewage blockage and insects in the pool during our stay, but Amen responded quickly and sorted both out. We would recommend that plants are removed from around the pool, to reduce the risk of dead insects going into the pool. The main issue was the location, as it was difficult for taxis to locate the villa. Our tip would be to use the InDrive app for taxis, and mark the location as Villa Docteur Rami. This was the property next to Villa Alba. We would also recommend using ATMs in Hammamet to get plenty of cash, as this is needed for taxis and most restaurants in the Hammamet area.
