Sehr gute Informationen bereits vor Bezug der großen Wohnung im 1. Stock, zu der man schwere Koffer mit einem Aufzug hinaufschicken kann. Jederzeit problemlos Kommunikation per WhatsApp mit dem Hausbesitzer möglich. Angenehm saubere Räume. Geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Alles da, was man zum Kochen braucht. Wir haben jedoch nur ausgiebig gefrühstückt und alle nötigen Nahrungsmittel und Getränke im nahen Supermarkt sowie am sehr guten Mittwochmarkt vor dem Haus gekauft. Bequeme, liebevoll gestaltete Sitzplätze im Garten, vor allem auch auf dem Dach des Hauses mit tollem Blick auf das Meer. Ausreichend Parkplätze vor dem Haus. Wir haben die Gegend Santo Spirito bewusst gewählt anstelle von Bari Stadtzentrum und waren hinterher sehr froh darüber.
Das Bad ist etwas zu klein, wir sind aber gut damit zurechtkommen.
