Stayed because of the Titanic exhibition and history but would not stay again - not worth the price.
Location was great.
Big rip in the bathroom floor which was a trip hazard. Room was dusty, didn’t look like it had been properly cleaned in quite some time. Not all basic amenities were present - no decaf coffee, no hairdryer etc.

Lovely stay at the white star line
Lovely location staff where kimd and helpful. Really facinating building loved the history around it all. Thank you ro the hotel for making sure drinks on arrival where already in my room for when we arrived.
Room was comfortable but abit dated. The balcony doors where jammed opened on arrival so room was freezing then was very difficult to close as jamming resulting in paint chips all over the floor. Also to big stains that felt rough on the carpet next to bed by the bathroom also the curtains to the balcony were hanging off a few loops making it look untidy..

History hotel, staff all very friendly and professional, do good last minute deals, the chips are divine. The bath jacuzzi is such a nice feel .. definitely recommend always a room with a bath jacuzzi :)

It is a beautiful hotel and a little quirky. We loved the spa bath in the room and the rooftop bar.

Over night in Liverpool
Situated great right on Albert Dock and walking distance from city centre and shopping rooms where ok I know it's a themed hotel but cld do with a spruce up great roof top bar would be fabulous in the summer
Rooms cld have been bit more modernized I know it's themed hotel but still cld be done better we were on floor 1 and cld hear people above and lots of water noise when toilets were flushed or shower used
