Located in one of the most beautiful villas of the pedestrian area of Groton, Pearl of the Adriatic, on sea and in the center! Shops, supermarkets, pizzerias and ice cream parlors, restaurants ... It's all at your fingertips!
It consists of a bedroom, a living room with sofa bed, a bathroom with shower cheerful bright colors. In total 4 beds. Third floor with elevator.
Upon availability, you can also book an adjoining apartment (Apartment Il Timone) and take advantage of a second bedroom, a second bathroom and a second living room with sofa bed.
Its white and bright floor and the walls in bright colors will make your stay happy and carefree.
Attention to detail, offers the opportunity to enjoy a very special holiday!
The apartment is supplied with all the necessary: kitchen utensils, dishes, glasses etc, washer-dryer, tv, electric oven and microwave, induction plate, mocha, hairdryer, iron and iron, and much more.

siamo stati nell' appartamento "la vela" per una settimana io, mia moglie e le mie bimbe di 2 e 4 anni e ci siamo trovati alla perfezione.
identico alle descrizioni e superiore alle aspettative per comodità e confort.
appartamento in mansarda piccolo e perfetto per il mare, comodo da pulire, divano letto molto grande che si apre e chiude molto facilmente, doccia molto ampia e doccia esterna in camera da letto comodissima per lavaggi anche veloci e per stendere i panni.
dotato di tutti gli elettrodomestici utili e soprattutto di due condizionatori!!
appartamento nuovo e lo abbiamo trovato molto pulito all' arrivo, utile l' ascensore e molto apprezzato da noi lo spazio esterno (privato e recintato da cancello elettrico) per parcheggiare le bici e con rubinetto per sciacquarsi dalla sabbia prima di salire in casa.
distanza dal mare forse neanche 5 metri e dal centro meno di 5 minuti
che dire....perfetto e felici di tornarci anche ad agosto!!!
